Prerequisites

For 1:1 Astrology Consults

No prior experience with astrology is necessary. These readings are for newbies to astrology and professional astrologers alike.

If you have never met the Sky under which you were born (i.e. your birth chart, natal chart, or star chart), we’ll share some time orienting ourselves to your chart with respect to our place here on Earth.

For Experiential Astrology (including 1:1 Magic Eye Sessions, group workshops & courses)

Self-Care

These sessions are meant to be joy and play based sources of Self-discovery, renewal, growth and connection. They are not psychotherapy nor a substitute for psychotherapy. However, since we will be connecting to the felt-sense and the body, and the body is a beautiful storehouse of memory, emotion, impulse, instinct, sensation — we know that it sometimes can bring us unexpected places. Participants are required to come with a current self-care practice and familiarity with their nervous system. While the facilitator, the group, the group container and the astrology itself can be richly resourcing, participants are ultimately expected to be responsible for their own wellbeing and what they need to do to take care of themselves.

Astrological prerequisites

Fundamentals are helpful (signs, planets, houses, aspects). However if you don’t have any, or very minimal, astrology background, that’s okay too because your astrology lives within you! This work offer ways for you to directly experience and discover this living wisdom through your own body, mind and imagination, while inside of a grounded container and guided practice. Upon signing up for workshops and courses, you do have the option of sharing your birth information and receiving a very basic introduction to your natal chart as well as access to a free 15 minute call with Nicole for a further orientation to your astrology and the nature of this work. These calls aren’t for chart interpretations; they are just meant to help you get the lay of the land and to become familiar with some astrological language that can support your own Self-discovery process through these experiential astrology sessions or workshops.

Art & Myth prerequisites

No prior experience with art or myth is needed! Come with a willingness to let play be a source of wisdom and insight. Leave with a deeper relationship with yourself, your body and the living cosmos.
