Astrology 1:1 consults and group courses are held via Zoom. If you’d like, we can record your 1:1 session for future reference.

Refund Policy

Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment by clicking the rescheduling link in your original confirmation e-mail.

Within 48 hours of your appointment, that session will be non-refundable — however, you can email me at nicolefeola@livingmoons.com to receive a new link to book and a 70% off coupon applicable to the same appointment type, valid for one year.

No-Shows
If you don’t show up within 15 minutes of the start of your scheduled appointment, it will be non-refundable — however, you can email me at nicolefeola@livingmoons.com to request a new link to book and a 30% off coupon applicable to the same appointment type, valid for one year.

Late Arrivals
If you show up late to an appointment, the session will still end on time out of respect for the next client.
